The
Hastings Deering graduate programs extend over a period of up to three years
and enable potential leaders to take on a range of structured, on-the-job
training activities, equipping them with the skills to become a Hastings
Deering business unit leader.
During
their time in the program, graduates will be provided with opportunities to
source the knowledge, skills and judgment necessary to manage people,
information, products and financial resources to achieve the goals of the
